Mozilla Mobile OS Will Released in 2012
Mozilla developers expect to perform tests for its new mobile operating system in the fourth quarter of this year.
The plan, product demos are already able to slip into the first quarter of next year and ready to be released in June 2012 next year.
Mozilla describes the product called Boot in Gecko (B2G) as a mobile-based operating system that runs the program via the Internet. The B2G goal is to create a framework that can run applications over the Internet with a variety of operating systems. Similarly, as reported by Techno World, Saturday (05/11/2011).
B2G developers expect to complete the basic functions and integration, including the accelerometer, camera, messaging, mobile phones, and power management.
Mozilla does not answer further questions about the details of the development. Currently, the three developers of Mozilla to give half of their time to Mozilla mobile OS (B2G) sector.
