921M Bloomberry shares purchase by Global Gaming
Bloom Berry Resorts Corporation said Wednesday that Global Gaming Philippines LLC has 921184056 shares purchased Bloom Berry.
If management provider in Bloom Berry Solaire Manila casino project, Global Gaming opportunity to buy shares and called this option last Friday, noted Berry Bloom in a report to the Philippine Stock Exchange.
The shares will be sold by Prime Minister Metro Line Holdings Inc. for $ 15 million plus 10 percent of the cost to the seller of the investment in the project is equal to P1.67 per.
